This role is based in our Boulder, Irving, Santa Monica or NYC office.

What we're looking for

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in copywriting and a "doer" mentality to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in executing effective, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, attendance, and sales for Informa Markets Engineering events. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a knack for crafting compelling content and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. With a focus on email marketing and sales collateral creation, this role requires someone who thrives on delivering high‑quality work and meeting deadlines.

Role Accountability and Duties

• Develop, write, and optimize engaging email marketing campaigns using the Eloqua platform, ensuring alignment with audience segmentation strategies and content calendars.
• Build and maintain an email marketing calendar to drive consistent communication and improve engagement for both attendees and exhibitors.
• Create and design impactful marketing materials, including sales collateral, attendee development assets, and other promotional content to support event goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., digital marketing, sales, creative, and marketing automation) to execute and refine strategic marketing initiatives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans that align with internal initiatives and event objectives.

Salary and Expiry

The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 based on experience.
