Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist - Brand Paid Social
The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist - Brand Paid Social for Crocs is responsible for running the paid social execution for our global Brand Marketing business. This position will support our internal brand marketing team through paid social campaign creation, creative trafficking, ad reporting and analysis, and optimizations.
Lead tactical execution of brand marketing efforts on paid social & display channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google YouTube, Kakao, Line, and various other partners).
Paid social and display ad operations : own creative trafficking, ad tracking, campaign setups, and campaign testing. Monitor campaigns on marketing platforms to ensure ad delivery & troubleshoot as needed.
Collaborate with the brand marketing team on global paid social strategy, creative briefing, and media plans aligned with our global go-to-market calendar. Work as the "internal agency" to the brand marketing team to turn strategy and media plans into live marketing.
Be the advocate for channel needs like creative diversity & best practices. Analyze creative performance, compile findings, and ideate new testing plans to effectively reach important consumer segments. Communicate takeaways across the organization.
Regularly report on brand paid social performance to key collaborators; interpret complex data into actionable insights for future campaigns.
Stay informed on upcoming trends and platform changes like new ad formats, trending concepts, and new advertising platforms. Lead testing of new Alpha and Beta opportunities.
Develop and maintain quality control checklists to ensure error-free campaign launches. Maintain project timelines and follow up on projects as needed.
BS or BA in business, marketing or related field or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing experience required with hands-on experience in at least 1 major paid social platform like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat.
Background knowledge in at least 1 web analytics tool (i.e. Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) and the ability to interpret data from analytics tools.
Strong understanding of the fundamentals of retail eCommerce, especially pertaining to interactive marketing functions (affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, SEO, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal partners and team members & leverage partner feedback to improve campaign performance.
