National Account Support
The National Account Support role plays a vital part in supporting the National Account management team to deliver exceptional service, data-driven insights, and efficient execution across our key partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about bringing structure and support to complex customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include :
- Range review support : prepare data packs, samples, and presentation materials for customer range reviews and planning sessions.
- New Line Forms (NLF's) : complete and submit new line forms for key accounts with accurate and timely information.
- Market Research & Competitor Benchmarking : conduct regular competitor analysis, including pricing, and product positioning.
- Key Account Reporting : generate reports including POS data, product performance, conference material, and product penetration analysis.
- Adhoc Campaign Management : coordinate execution and performance tracking of limited-time promotions.
- National Account Marketing Integration : coordinate delivery of aligned marketing materials, including product assets, written content, and digital files tailored for account use.
Skills and experience required :
Previous experience in account support, sales administration, or customer service (ideally in retail or FMCG).High proficiency in Power BI Reporting.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.People oriented and results driven.Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Effective relationship building, networking, and influencing skills.Excellent communications skills written, verbal, and interpersonal with an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to identify, analyze, and develop effective solutions to problems.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.The candidate must be based in the Philippines. Duty schedule : Mondays to Fridays, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM AEST.
