The RN demonstrates strong clinical judgment, evidence-based practice, and effective communication to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role involves collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, advocating for patients, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment.\n\nRequirements : \n\nLicensure : Active CA RN License\n\nCertifications : \n\nBLS (AHA)\n\nACLS (AHA)\n\nPALS (AHA)\n\nExperience : Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience\n\nSkills : \n\nStrong knowledge of pathophysiology and pharmacology\n\nCompetence in IV insertion, Foley catheterization, dressing changes, and safe medication administration\n\nAbility to recognize changes in patient condition and respond promptly\n\nFloating : As needed within scope\n\nOn Call : None\n\nSchedule : 3x12-Hour Night Shifts (19 : 00–07 : 30), weekend rotation required
