Title : Construction Project Scheduler - Commercial Construction

Location : Houston, TX 77041

Salary : $130,000 - $155,000 + Company Vehicle (depending on job site)

Founded in 1989 we are a 500+ employee general contracting & construction management company that does about $1 billion annually and growing.  The bulk of our work in the commercial construction sector comes from public schools, airport work, wastewater treatment and residential apartment complexes.  For this Construction Project Scheduler position we're looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience in the commercial construction space who can provide oversight on these mid-large scale projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop, maintain & update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 ensuring alignment w / construction milestones, subcontractor timelines & client deliverables
• Collaborate w / PMs, superintendents & subcontractors to integrate field data & sequencing into master schedules for commercial construction projects (e.g., schools, airports, multifamily, wastewater facilities)
• Conduct schedule risk analysis & provide recovery plans to mitigate delays & optimize resource allocation
• Generate schedule reports, look-ahead plans & variance analyses to internal teams & external stakeholders
• Support preconstruction efforts by building baseline schedules for proposals & bid packages
