Uptown Blanco is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaper / Handyman to help maintain the beauty and functionality of our historic property. This position plays an important role in keeping our outdoor spaces inviting and our facilities in great shape for guests and events.

Compensation : $19 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Inspecting and maintaining facilities, equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Perform groundskeeping duties including mowing, tree trimming, fertilizing, weed control, pest control, and irrigation.
• Maintaining fish & fishpond.
• Remove / replace / repair fencing as needed.
• Purchase needed supplies such as paint, filters, and materials.
• Responsibly operate all equipment (no large machinery).
• Maintain water softeners and filter replacement schedule.
• Assist with event setup / teardown.
• Ordering / changing of air filters and light bulbs.
• Cleaning and Painting.
• Occasional Wood / metal work.
• Assist with Seasonal Decorations.
• Minor Electrical / plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Take out trash cans & recycling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

While not required, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
