Job Summary and Qualifications

• Acts as the Administrator of the hospital in the absence of management during evenings, nights and weekends
• Responsible for staffing, emergency direction and handling complaints appropriately
• Notify the Administrator on call of any emergent situations that might jeopardize the facility or as required by policy / protocol
• Immediate counseling employees for actions that are against policy.

What qualifications you will need :

• Current state of Missouri RN or Compact licensure required.
• BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
• ACLS required within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment
• One year as a charge nurse or other management position preferred Critical Care experience preferred.
