Veriday, Inc., a custom software development and managed services company, seeks a highly skilled, hands-on MS Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to join our consulting team based in the US for a 6-month contract position that could offer the possibility of extension / conversion. This is a hands-on role leading the optimization of an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) deployment supporting a global sales team of over 300 and a Demand Gen group. This is a client-facing role that requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, business acumen, and consulting experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping CRM strategies, driving solution architecture and optimization efforts that deliver measurable value to clients. Hands-on experience optimizing existing implementations, including data cleansing, is key.
