Pay Range : $1200- $1650 weekly

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of various events.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a creative mindset to ensure that each event is unique and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting
• Develop event timelines and action plans, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to understand their vision and objectives for each event
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for event necessities, such as catering, equipment, and décor
• Manage and oversee event logistics, including registration, technical requirements, and guest accommodations
• Create and maintain event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and vendors
• Proficient in event management software and MS Office Suite
• Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative event concepts
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for events
