Freelance Influencer & Social Media Coordinator (Contract)

RTIC Outdoors is an outdoor lifestyle brand made for any adventure. We engineer incredibly high quality products, like coolers, drinkware and outdoor gear, that are overbuilt, but not overpriced.

As we prepare for the busy holiday season, we’re seeking part-time freelance support to help drive our influencer program and organic social efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify influencers and micro-influencers aligned with RTIC’s brand values and audience.
  • Manage outreach, including drafting and sending initial emails, following up, negotiating deliverables, and finalizing agreements.
  • Prepare influencer contracts and coordinate timely signatures.
  • Collaborate with influencers to gather assets (photos, videos, captions) and ensure brand alignment.
  • Assist with invoices, track payments, and coordinate with accounting for smooth processing.
  • Monitor weekly organic social trends and support organic posting across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media coordination, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience drafting outreach emails, coordinating deliverables, and working with contracts.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, stay organized, and hit deadlines.

  • Type : Contractor (Contract – Holiday Season)
  • Duration : Seasonal, October – January
  • Hours : Approx. 15–20 hrs / week - Flexible
  • Location : Remote
  • Compensation : $30–$60 / hr, depending on experience
