Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teaching Pastor at Park Community Church. The Teaching Pastor will be responsible for expository preaching, ministry leadership, conducting Bible studies, discipleship, and pastoral care.
While the role is primarily based in Chicago, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong expository preaching and teaching skills
- Experience in ministry leadership and team collaboration
- Ability to lead and facilitate Bible studies
- Passion for discipleship and fostering spiritual growth
- Excellent pastoral care and counseling skills
- Strong biblical knowledge and theological understanding
- A heart for serving the community and impacting lives
- Master's degree in Divinity or related field (preferred)
