Coastal Management Grants Specialist

A company is looking for a Coastal Management and Grant Specialist to support NOAA's Office for Coastal Management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the management of the Coral Grants Programs, including drafting grant proposals and coordinating the review process

Utilize the NOAA Grants Online database for processing applications and managing grants, including tracking reports and financial data

Ensure compliance with environmental statutes and manage related documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marine or Environmental Science or Policy, or related field (required); Master's degree (preferred)

2+ years of professional experience in grants management, project management, and project implementation

Experience in regulatory support for the Federal Government (preferred)

Knowledge of coral reef conservation challenges and management tools

Ability to pass a National Agency Check and fingerprinting background check
