A professional basketball team and state-of-the-art arena / entertainment venue that specializes in creating memorable experiences for each guest we interact with. Some of our favorite things are live sports, concerts, comedy shows, family shows, and most any other world-class event you can think of, and we're looking for someone who shares the same interests. We need strong leaders to help our retail operations. You will guide our Brand Ambassadors in our service culture of S.M.I.L.E Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner
• Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory
• Accurately physically count and tag merchandise
• Assist Retail Managers and Lead Ambassadors in-store operations
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests
• Other duties as assigned

Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to multi-task are a must

Previous credit card handling with a POS system experience is preferred
