What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas within the facility to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment.

Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual situations to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and assist visitors or employees as needed.

Collaborate with on-site personnel and emergency responders during incidents to support resolution and continuity of operations.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience providing customer service is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
