Job Location : Anywhere (Will open a satellite office in location of hired Senior Estimator)

Salary : $100k - $250K (Very Flexible)

Requirements : 10+ years of Water Infrastructure estimating experience. Work with Wastewater / Water treatment plants, pump stations, and water / sewage pipelines required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team specializing in Water infrastructure projects. The Estimator will play a crucial role in analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and providing valuable insights to ensure successful project execution. This position requires a strong understanding of heavy civil construction, particularly in water treatment and wastewater management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for water infrastructure projects, including water treatment plants, wastewater pipelines, and sewage systems.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and materials required.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather relevant information for accurate estimating.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Utilize estimating software, such as HCSS, to produce accurate bid proposals and reports.
• Review and analyze historical data to inform future estimates and project planning.
• Assist in the preparation of bid submissions and presentations to clients.
