Robert Half is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager for a Milwaukee, Wisconsin area organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can handle employee relations, oversee HR operations, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
• Oversee HR administration, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Lead benefit programs by coordinating enrollment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring employees fully understand available options.
• Utilize HRIS systems to streamline processes, maintain employee data, and generate insightful reports.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees into the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that drive employee engagement and performance.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ensure company practices adhere to legal requirements.
