Reconcile key data points between Gas Midstream and Transportation Agreements and the gFlow system applicationsLink Agreements by ID # in the Commercial Contracts RepositoryReview Agreement system status for possible termination / renewal opportunitiesScan documents into the Commercial Contracts RepositoryPrepare Records Retention archiving forms which include capturing key identifiers pertaining to the AgreementsSkilled in creating and managing Excel spreadsheets would be idealProficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)Applicant must be able to maintain data records with a high degree of accuracyStrong listening, communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and manage multiple requests and support from various sourcesThe ability to work with minimum supervision, be self-motivated and eagerness to learn is requiredMust be able to lift / move files and heavy boxesThe Bergaila Way :
