Summary

The successful candidate will support client relationships and administration of 409A retirement plans.

Job Description

The position is responsible for a variety of tasks and deliverables, including day to day plan administration, excellent service to our clients, and issue resolution using the recordkeeping system and other Voya applications. The position requires business knowledge, experience in retirement plan administration, strong client management skills, and problem solving ability.

Education & Experience

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years in financial services
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Independent self starter who thinks proactively
• Relius system knowledge is preferred but not required

Compensation

Below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range for this position. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on the role. Actual compensation offered may vary based on location, experience, education, licensure requirements and skill level. Salaries for part-time roles are prorated.

Base salary : $60,450 - $100,760 USD
