Overview

Contacts by telephone and other approved communication methods eligible blood donors who have previously given blood and re-recruits them to donate regularly. Candidate will need to be comfortable talking to donors on the phone and scheduling an appointment for them to return and donate while working part time hours. Monthly bonus payout is available if specific measurements are reached each month.

Required In-Office Position Schedule : Mon - Thurs 3PM-8PM, Fri 2PM - 7PM, and Sat 9AM-5 : 30PM. Sunday OFF and a weekday of your choice. 23 - 28 hours a week.

• By telephone and other approved communication methods contacts eligible blood donors and re-recruits them to donate regularly.
• Must meet pre-set department goals and scorecard metrics.
• Provides excellent customer service at all times. Establishes rapport with donors and potential donors and educates them in the organization's programs and services. Complies and maintains current knowledge and understanding of Donor Recruitment policies, procedures and other related regulations.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

High School diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
