Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of facilities and maintenance mechanics to support our 24 / 7 operation. You will lead your team in their development, safety, and facility and maintenance related responsibilities. You will ensure the building and equipment perform at optimal levels to support fulfillment operations in shipping of orders to all customers. You will report to the Facilities Manager and work on site. The schedule is Wednesday-Saturday, day shift.

Your impact includes :

• Leadership Responsible for leadership of a shift of maintenance mechanics to support fulfillment operations and assist the Facilities Manager with short and long-term goals.
• Coordination Coordinates maintenance projects with Operations. Communicate directly with the Operations department to coordinate maintenance work on equipment.
• CMMS Reviews work orders for accuracy and completion against standards. Provide metrics and details to Facilities Manager. Assign work, including developing work orders, assets review for accuracy, and inventory management.
• Systems Inventory Ensure accurate inventory accounting by ensuring spare parts are accounted for in work orders, against correct equipment.
• Maintenance Monitor and audit preventative maintenance programs to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and applicability to maintain equipment in optimal levels for production.
• Safety Leadership Ensure that all facilities associates are working in a safe environment and all procedures are followed.
• Project Management Participate and oversee building projects, including capital improvements, asset replacements and construction as assigned.
• Continuous Improvement Partner with operations on programs for implementing continuous improvement projects.
