HR Generalist
The HR Generalist position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated locations. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.

Work Environment

Occasionally, the employee is required to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
Scheduling
This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m. EST. An employee in this position must be available to work occasionally on weekends and evenings, during peak periods.
Travel
Local travel is required. Out of state travel is limited, but may be required for special training / conferences.
