Construction Superintendent

We Search People are seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to oversee large-scale multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities :

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate daily operations between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor schedules, inspections, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Manage field documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Lead and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff.
