Position Title : SAP Basis Administrator

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator / Integration Architect to lead, support, and optimize SAP S / 4HANA environments. This role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis, HANA administration, system integrations, and infrastructure-level troubleshooting. The position is fully onsite, with preference for candidates willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP System Installation, Configuration & Upgrades : Plan, install, configure, and upgrade SAP S / 4HANA, Fiori, SLT, SolMan, SAP Router, and related components
• Perform OSDB migrations, Unicode conversions, and SSO configuration
• Manage SSL certificates and system-level security
• Landscape Management & Operations : Lead and support implementation and conversion projects for S / 4HANA
• Configure and manage the Transport Management System (TMS)
• Schedule and monitor background jobs
• Apply support packages, kernel upgrades, and maintain profile parameters
• Manage system refreshes, client copies, exports / imports, and data archiving
• High Availability, Backup & Recovery : Set up and support backup, recovery, and High Availability / Disaster Recovery (HADR) solutions
• Work with native HANA tools and OS-level scripts for reliable DR strategy execution
• Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting : Use SQL traces, stored procedures, and system tuning for performance optimization
• Troubleshoot OS-level and SAP system issues; analyze logs, apply OSS notes, and conduct root cause analysis
• Configure and monitor Early Watch reports and health checks
• Integration & Automation : Integrate SAP HANA with remote systems and manage connectivity / access
• Conduct SAP Quick Sizer assessments for sizing
• Automate SAP Basis tasks using scripting (shell, Python, etc.)
• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and architecture standards
• Support Requirements : Provide on-call support on a weekday / weekend rotation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on system issues and enhancements
