Sr. Project Specialist, Customer Success, Remote
Aledade requires a Senior Project Specialist that will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects while contributing to the strategic objectives of the Customer Success Office (CSO). This individual will leverage their extensive experience in value-based care and project management to drive initiatives that enhance both the internal (Field Team) and external (Practice Partners) customer experience by enabling and supporting a multitude of projects. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely / work from home within the US, with periodic travel required.
Primary Duties :
Leadership and Strategic Guidance : Guide and coordinate across multiple teams within Aledade, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Foster a collaborative environment to engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring all perspectives are considered for comprehensive project outcomes.
Project Management Excellence : Utilize the tools and processes identified, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope. Identify and mitigate risks using advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills to maintain project momentum.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a key liaison to drive communication and project deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are optimized and project integrations are seamless.
Continuous Improvement : Champion continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects. Utilize feedback loops to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
