About the role

The Compliance Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable internal and external Quality System and Food Safety standards for infant formula production, while supporting continuous improvement. This will be accomplished through active presence on the production floor and dynamic partnership with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and other support teams within the Reckitt's Zeeland Supply Center.

US salary ranges

USD $68,000.00 - $102,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
