POS360 is looking for an AI-forward Corporate Controller to own and optimize all aspects of our company's accounting operations and enable our ambitious growth plans. Directly reporting to our President, this leader will bring deep expertise in SaaS revenue recognition, financial reporting, and scalable accounting systems. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure our financial practices are accurate, compliant, and built to scale with the business.

You’ll lead through change, build out policies, processes, and workflows, and provide cross‑functional guidance on ASC requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations, including Quote‑to‑Cash (QTC) and Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP).
- Financial Reporting & Close : Own the entire month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close process to deliver timely, accurate, and GAAP‑compliant financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Internal Controls : Design and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets while enabling superior profitable business growth.
- Cash Flow Management : Monitoring and forecasting of cash balances, optimizing working capital, and managing A / R (Accounts Receivable) and A / P (Accounts Payable) cycles.
- Audit Management : Serve as the main point of contact and coordinator for financial audits, ensuring the process is efficient and results in unqualified opinions.
- Tax Compliance : Oversee all corporate income tax, sales tax and payroll tax filings, coordinating with external tax advisors as necessary.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies, including revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
- Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing AI‑augmented accounting team with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and growth.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors, and other financial partners as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field with an active CPA license required.Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Certified Supply Chain Finance Professional (CSCFP), Certified Operational Business Accounting & Finance – Procurement (COBAF‑P) or CPIM certification preferred.Advanced knowledge of GAAP and complex revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), including Big 4 accounting experience.Completed at least 4 audits, consistently achieving timely and unqualified opinions.Minimum 8‑10 years of progressive accounting experience at high‑growth tech companies with complex business models, with at least 4 years in a manager and Controller‑level role.Certified NetSuite professional with 5+ years of experience implementing and improving NetSuite with support for FinTech, SaaS and supply chain industries.Led or supported complete QTC and PTP automations, ideally leveraging next‑gen AI solutions.Demonstrated ability to improve Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Working Capital.Experience managing procurement processes, including internal processes and vendor negotiations.Experience working with external advisors on revenue recognition, tax optimization, and other accounting strategies.Managerial experience developing accounting talent.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with a “can do” attitude.Benefits : 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
