Controller

GHJ Search & Staffing is working an exciting Controller opportunity with a dynamic real estate investment and development firm based in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leading accounting and financial operations for a complex portfolio of 5060 legal entities, including hospitality and multifamily assets.
  • High visibility with senior leadership
  • Opportunity to shape reporting, controls, and strategy in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 510 years of accounting experience (real estate or private equity preferred)
  • Strong GAAP knowledge
  • Strong leadership experience

    • $200,000 - $250,000 a year

    Bonus : Performance-based bonus structure
