Our client, a long-established and respected aerospace manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance. This position plays a critical role in driving financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic business decisions within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Partner with leadership to prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses that support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and margins to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Coordinate and lead annual audits and tax filings with external auditors.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
• Provide insightful financial reports and KPI dashboards to senior leadership.
• Assist in ERP implementation and optimization for improved financial transparency and operational performance.
