Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient / family education, and transitions of care.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, critical thinking skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement packages.
  • Tuition reimbursement program to empower nurses to grow professionally and maximize their earning potential.
  • Work Environment

This role is eligible for TN sponsorship, and employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle as part of their responsibilities. The work environment is dynamic and unpredictable, requiring adaptability and strong leadership qualities.

The job schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with varied start times. Employees are expected to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends, as well as be on-call.

The Mayo Clinic location offers a unique work environment where employees thrive in both their work and personal lives. The organization values diversity and inclusion, providing equal opportunities for employment without regard to protected characteristics.
