Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner performs professional-level duties across one or more retail sales branch / warehouse and manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Director, the HRBP collaborates with plant leadership and HR teams to develop, implement and drive operational and strategic HR programs.
Responsibilities include employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee retention, coaching and development, conflict management and ad hoc projects, as necessary.
The role requires advanced levels of communication interacting with front line, management, and corporate functions. The individual should be able to balance the needs of the business with the strategic goals for the company.

Additional Information
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $95,000 + 5% STIP medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
