This Is A Remote Position

What This Job Involves :

Join our dynamic team as a strategic partner in commercial real estate operations, where you'll drive client success through expert lease portfolio management and financial oversight. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse, high-profile clients while developing deep expertise in commercial real estate transactions, financial analysis, and stakeholder relationship management. You'll play a critical role in supporting major real estate decisions by ensuring data accuracy and providing valuable insights across client portfolios.

Your Day-To-Day Tasks Will Include :

Analyze and interpret complex commercial lease agreements, amendments, and subleases to extract key business terms and obligations

Execute comprehensive financial management including rent processing, variance analysis, and compliance monitoring

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and landlords while proactively resolving operational challenges

Conduct detailed reviews of annual reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to protect client interests and ensure lease compliance

Manage sophisticated lease data systems and databases to maintain accurate, accessible portfolio information

Oversee critical milestone tracking for lease renewals, escalations, and key dates to maximize strategic opportunities

Perform financial analysis of CAM escalations, tax invoices, and landlord charges to identify discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities

Lead subtenant account management including billing coordination, collections oversight, and third-party processing

Contribute to high-impact special projects and strategic analysis initiatives that drive business growth

Desired Experience And Technical Skills

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field

Minimum two years of progressive experience in lease administration, accounting, or property management

Demonstrated expertise in interpreting complex commercial lease language and financial terms

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel modeling capabilities

Exceptional analytical and financial skills with meticulous attention to detail and organizational excellence

Outstanding communication skills for building relationships and managing client interactions

Proven ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to collaborative team environments

Strong multitasking abilities with experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments

Preferred :

Experience with industry-leading lease administration software and database management platforms

Commercial real estate or property management industry background with market knowledge

Specialized knowledge of CAM reconciliations, real estate tax structures, and escalation methodologies

Experience managing subtenant billing operations and collections processes

Track record of building successful long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders and clients

Estimated Compensation For This Position

48,000.00 60,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
