Real Estate Associate Attorney – Orange County

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded California-based law firm with a strong reputation in commercial real estate. This role is based in the firm’s Orange County office.

Ideal candidates will have :

3–6 years of experience handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

Strong experience drafting and revising commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements.

A solid background in title and survey review and closing real estate transactions.

Additional experience with acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, and general transactional due diligence.

Exposure to data center leasing is a plus but not required.

Excellent writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

Major law firm experience preferred.

A strong academic background.

Admission to the State Bar of California.

Compensation :

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position is $225,000 to $300,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
