Manager Industrial Security 3

HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Manager Industrial Security 3 at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center - Nellis (JITTC-N), Nellis, AFB, NV to support physical, construction, and personnel security for JITTC-N operations at various security levels up to and including TS / SCI and TS / SAR. This position manages a team that provides on-site M&S support to establish and deliver high-end Advanced Tactics, Training, and Test capability for Government personnel operating under USAFWC / AA; Provide mission execution and support to broad range of JITTC-N simulator activities and JSE. This position will perform management responsibilities, as required, by company leadership. This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work and is executed on-site.

Responsibilities include :

• Management oversight of related functional areas.
• Responsible for managing department personnel, planning, risk management, and project performance addressing schedule, and technical quality.
• Regularly requires analysis of alternative courses of action.
• Decisions have risk / reward implications for program or area of influence.
• Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in critical delays and modifications to projects or operations; cause substantial expenditure of additional time, human resources, and funds; jeopardize future business activity.
• Frequent contact with equivalent level managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, or contractual clarifications.
• Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.
