This is a remote position.
The Operations Associate (Customer & Billing Support) plays a key role in ensuring smooth shipment coordination and accurate billing processes within our logistics network. This position supports daily communication with customers and carriers, maintains shipment data in internal systems, and verifies payment status for completed services. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication. Full training is provided, and work is performed remotely during standard U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
Update shipment status and order information in company systems
Communicate with customers and carriers by email to request or provide updates
Confirm payment receipt in systems (view-only financial access)
Create and maintain billing records for completed shipments
Review documents for accuracy and resolve issues with missing data
Assist operations team with daily logistics support
Perform administrative data entry tasks as assigned
Requirements
English fluency (written and verbal)
Good communication skills through email
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic spreadsheet / document handling skills
Ability to follow instructions and learn new tools quickly
Stable internet connection
Available Monday–Friday during US business hours
