The successful candidates will join our high performing team in developing technical documentation for advanced military systems.

These include radars for F-22, F-35, Joint Strike Fighter, F-16, B-1B, MESA, G / ATOR and VADER and other UAV systems.

Responsibilities : Writes, rewrites and / or edits technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical information and instructions to a wide range of audiences.

• Oversees preparation of illustrative materials, selecting drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts.
• Conducts quality review of materials.
• Publish materials in various formats, including page-based, electronic (basic and interactive), structured (HTML, XML, and SGML).
• Collaborate with task leads, writers, engineers, and instructors, to develop and deliver sensor / system technical manuals to varying levels of detail and delivery formats.
• Perform Desktop Publishing tasks for program / project reports, whitepapers, articles, and other documents.
• Research and compile information from program documents, engineering sources, et al.

to develop manual outlines and adhere to military / civilian specifications and standards of technical writing.
