A company is looking for a Health Navigator to join their Health Promotion team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct educational calls to advise members on benefits and services, completing health needs assessments
Reach out to members with care gaps, encouraging compliance and assisting with provider location and appointment scheduling
Manage system work queues and facilitate research on inquiries related to member services and programs
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in education, communication, health-related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service support role
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
