Quality And Compliance Analyst

As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Analyst, you will assist in the maintenance of services provided to clients. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What you'll do :

  • Perform all service level agreement support changes.
  • Coordinate the event & root cause investigation process.
  • Contribute to the inspection readiness program for the site.
  • Track the vendor management program to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with the routine enforcement of all Quality Management Services.
  • Partake in the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements.
  • Partner with the client's internal team members.
  • Support company and client agendas.
  • Evaluate continuous improvement effectiveness.

What you'll need :

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
