As Executive Director / Administrator, you will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the agency, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stability, and a culture of engagement among staff.

Position Summary
The Executive Director / Administrator is responsible for the financial health, regulatory compliance, and overall administration of the agency. This includes staff leadership, patient satisfaction, budget management, operational planning, and ensuring all activities reflect BHI’s mission and values.
You will foster a high-performing, patient-centered workforce that meets or exceeds goals for quality and financial performance while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all agency functions in alignment with mission, values, and regulatory standards.Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing, mission-driven team dedicated to exceptional patient care and service.Oversee development and management of annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability.Achieve or exceed organizational goals related to quality outcomes, satisfaction, occupancy, and financial performance.Partner with clinical leadership to uphold excellence in care delivery, safety, and adherence to professional standards.Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and open communication among patients and team members.Analyze and act on key performance indicators to drive continuous operational improvement.Represent the agency within the community, strengthening referral relationships and enhancing awareness of BHI’s services and mission.Model ethical leadership, integrity, and commitment to resident rights in all aspects of agency operations.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of five (5) years of experience directing operations for a home health company or comparable healthcare organization.Demonstrated experience managing a team of five or more direct reports, including performance management and development.Proven financial management and budgeting experience.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and healthcare operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English fluentlyMust not have been subject to enforcement action, license suspension, or felony conviction related to healthcare administration.Equal Opportunity Employer
