The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized professional to join our Marketing and Event team in a unique dual-capacity role. As a Marketing & PR Strategist you will shape our brand narrative and amplify it through earned media, partnerships, and community channels. You’ll be our brand architect, storyteller, and growth catalyst, to build momentum across crypto, mainstream, and social channels.
Responsibilities
Public Relations
Develop and execute media outreach strategies for announcements, product launches, events, and milestones
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across lifestyle, culture, tech, and business
Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, executive communications, and PR-related content
Coordinate with external PR agencies, overseeing timelines, assets, and deliverables for campaigns
Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, content, leadership) to ensure messaging alignment and timely execution
Monitor media coverage, track key metrics, and report on PR performance, reach, and impact
Marketing
Collaborate with leadership and marketing team on brand positioning, voice, and visual consistency
Develop messaging frameworks that support multi-channel campaigns, including social, email, digital, and press
Help shape the narrative and tone of campaigns, announcements, and product launches
Align marketing messaging with business objectives, growth initiatives, and community engagement goals
Review and edit marketing content to ensure consistency across platforms (website, social, email, etc.)
Contribute ideas and insights to improve audience engagement, brand loyalty, and visibility
Qualifications
Required :
2–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X / Twitter, LinkedIn) and emerging trends
Basic knowledge of email marketing tools, content scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas for campaigns and events
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Team player with a proactive, self-starter attitude
Preferred :
Marketing Experience in Crypto / Streaming industry
Experience with Gen -Z / College Market
Experience building a community
1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
Experience with CRM / email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
Prior experience coordinating events, pop-ups, or influencer / ambassador programs
Knowledge of basic SEO and paid media campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and create simple reports
