About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud transition for a top-tier tech client. This role drives cross-functional delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of next-gen capabilities including Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution, delivery, and closure, managing timelines, milestones, and scope.
• Direct cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications, progress updates, and vendor relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks while driving strategic decisions.
• Oversee budget, resources, and delivery quality.
• Enable collaboration across global and offshore teams.
• Incorporate Generative AI solutions to accelerate outcomes.
