General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishmentFlexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays as neededGeneral Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build relationships and manage staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift / move 25-50 poundsCollaborative approach to creating an equitable workplace environmentGeneral Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Ensure a quality guest experience by managing all areas of the restaurant's daily operationsHire, train, and develop employees and managers, focusing on guest service, etiquette, and food and beverage knowledgePerform daily reconciliation of actual revenues and payroll to budget and forecastMaintain familiarity with financials, budgets, purchasing, labor costs, food costing, and inventory controlsIf you are driven to succeed and passionate about food and hospitality, we want to hear from you!
