Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Compute Services (ECS) organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager to lead our IT Performance Intelligence Team supporting Enterprise Server and Storage infrastructure services. The Performance Intelligence Manager acts as a key driver in ensuring IT systems operate at peak efficiency and align with business objectives. The role focuses on overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of performance monitoring and reporting tools, ensuring the delivery of actionable insight to enhance IT systems, processes, and services. This leader will drive the alignment of IT performance metrics with business objectives, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is 100% virtual / work from home, preferably near a major Northrop Grumman location - Redondo Beach, CA; Falls Church, VA, Melbourne, FL, Baltimore, MD etc. Working virtually is subject to change based upon business conditions.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following :
Strategic Planning and Execution :
Collaborate with IT leadership to align performance intelligence strategies with business goals
Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
Develop and oversee the implementation of IT performance metrics and KPIs to measure system efficiency, availability, and reliability
Release and Change Management :
Develop and oversee the release process within an agile framework, ensuring timely and quality deployments
Leadership and Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team dedicated to overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of service performance
Process Optimization & Compliance :
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT system performance and team efficiency

Salary Range : $129,300 - $193,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
