Site Experience Director
The Site Experience Director is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering digital capabilities across the company's website and app. This role ensures that technology investments align with business priorities, customer needs, and commercial objectives. Acting as the central connector between Product, UX, and Engineering teams, the Director drives capability enablement, business integration, and cross-functional alignment to deliver a best-in-class B2B digital experience that fuels growth and operational excellence.

Success Measures
Minimum Qualifications
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Option 2 : 8 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 3 years' supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project / program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
