Work hours :

• Monday to Friday : 8 : 30 am-5 : 00 pm
• Temporary position, training provided
• Must be available to start training by Late May to Early June 2024. Projected end date : October 2024
• You'll work onsite in Valley City, Ohio - NOT REMOTE

Pay rate : $15, during training, $16 per hour once trained

What’s a typical day like as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be :

• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Answer basic questions and assist customers with diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• No experience needed, we will train you if you like working with people and have had any customer facing jobs in retail or any industry.
• Ability to learn and understand work instructions
• Basic to Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
• Must be by able to type at least 30 wpm, data entry is key part of this role.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and relate well to customers and system tools
• Looking up parts, entering orders and being able to sell, suggest up sell or cross sell items to our customers.
