In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing events that align with the organization's goals, enhance brand awareness, and create memorable experiences for attendees.

LOCATION
Hybrid Schedule in the Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, NC
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Planning and Execution :
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and target audiences
Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas
Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for customer events, including conferences, internal sales and leadership meetings, and executive retreats
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources (e.g., hotel, food and beverage, audio-visual equipment, transportation)
Manage event budgets, source venues, negotiate contracts, and track expenses
Program Development :
Create event agendas, schedules, and timelines
Arrange speakers, panelists, entertainment, and customer meeting spaces
Design engaging sessions, workshops, and breakout activities
Event Marketing and Promotion :
Develop marketing strategies to promote events
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials (invitations, flyers, social media posts)
Utilize digital platforms and email campaigns to reach target audiences
Logistics and Operations :
Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and registration for attendees
Manage on-site logistics, including registration desks, signage, and attendee check-in
Interact directly with event venue to manage or resolve onsite issues or questions
Collaborate with internal team or external vendors to set up event websites, apps, and registration platforms
Oversee event setup, teardown, and cleanup
Post-Event Evaluation :
Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
Analyze event success metrics (attendance, engagement, budget
Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for improvement
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
5 or more years of experience as a Corporate Event Planner
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, including C-Suite
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
Familiar with Marketo or other marketing automation software
Creativity and adaptability to manage diverse event formats and themes
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
