Job Responsibilities
- Utilize agency lead software to match with clients seeking to secure their families needs
- Review client qualifications and resources to learn how to best serve them
- Maintain knowledge on most up to date product offerings available to meet your clients needs
- Offer expert recommendations and solutions to best meet your clients needs
- Help clients plan their financial future & retirement
- Add value to our team by continuing to sharpen your skills in the financial industry with ongoing training
Position Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain your State Life & Health Insurance License if you do not already have one
- Must be authorized to work in the US, no work visas will be offered at this time
- Must be motivated, determined, & coachable
- Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset with desire for business autonomy

Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped commission only + bonus position (no minimum or maximum sales quota)
- New sales professionals can earn bonuses up to $15,000 in their first 120 days
- Sales Professionals who have followed our proven system have earned over Six Figures in commissions + bonuses in their first year

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
