Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our Tampa, Florida (FL) office in 2026. This is a full-time, non-remote position.

Responsibilities

Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects.
Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients' visions.
Learn and apply federal, state, local regulations, and company standards.
Develop proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and GIS.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) by Summer 2026 in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
