Key Responsibilities
Manage HR data integrity and efficiency within the HRIS, including analysis and reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulations, conducting audits and managing compliance trackers
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures for HR processes and conduct payroll audits
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on HRIS and HR operations in a healthcare environment
Proven experience in data quality management and process optimization
In-depth knowledge of HR compliance practices and healthcare regulations
Exceptional organizational skills and professionalism in handling sensitive data
