We are also proud to be a Certified Great Place to Work. BHN is seeking a compassionate Outreach Worker to join our Families in Transition (FIT) program.

What You'll Do
As an Outreach Worker in the FIT program, you will provide high-quality, community-based services to youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive treatment, support, and skill building to help stabilize youth in their home and community settings.
