Manager, Corporate Risk Management - Global Manufacturing Leader

We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of a global manufacturing powerhouse with operations in nearly 40 countries and over $12 billion in annual revenue. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned risk professional to manage insurance programs, claims, and risk-related processes across a complex international footprint.
Role Overview :
- Partner with senior leadership to support the design and placement of global insurance strategies.
- Maintain and manage the company's master insurance schedule, ensuring consistent coverage across business units.
- Review and advise on risk-related language in contracts, leases, and vendor agreements.
- Conduct exposure analysis, loss tracking, and premium forecasting.
- Oversee uninsured risk areas and ensure proper liability and property coverage.
- Develop annual risk budgets and monitor total cost of risk across the enterprise.
- Support M&A due diligence and assist legal teams with claims and dispute resolution.
- Manage RMIS systems and internal risk-related content.
- Administer the U.S. surety bond program and coordinate loss control services.
Claims Oversight :
Lead management of U.S. workers' compensation claims, including litigation coordination.Collaborate with carriers, TPAs, legal counsel, and plant teams to ensure efficient resolution.Evaluate settlement recommendations and resolve claims within authority.Provide quarterly benchmarks and educate teams on cost-reduction strategies.Oversee auto, general liability, and property claims across U.S. operations.Prepare regular reporting and recommend mitigation strategies.Support audits and reconcile retro adjustments and accruals.What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications (ARM, CPCU, CRM, RIMS-CRMP) are a plus.5-8 years of experience in corporate risk, insurance underwriting, or brokerage.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in RMIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools.Experience working in a multinational environment is highly desirable.Background in manufacturing, loss prevention, or fire protection is a plus.Workers' compensation claims experience preferred.A proactive mindset and desire to grow within a global organization.Why This Role Is Unique :
